Fact: many of the problems you THINK you have with English aren’t the real problem at all.
Walk down any British high-street and you’ll see things like:
“We have the “cheapest” prices in town”
… which does nothing other than prove a lot of native speakers are TERRIBLE at English.
I see it all the time:
People waste time “practising” English with partners and conversation teachers, then wonder why they can’t speak English well in the real, fast-paced, high-pressure situations they actually need to use English.
Really not sure how this happened…
